Install and configure IP phone systems at client sites across central Texas. Work directly with the field operations team. Provision devices against our hosted FreeSWITCH PBX, troubleshoot call quality and SIP issues on-site, and document completed work via the DDTG portal.
Handle on-site IT support, hardware deployment, and network infrastructure for DDTG's managed IT clients. Deploy and configure workstations, servers, Ubiquiti networks, firewalls, and surveillance systems. Document all work in the DDTG portal and N-Able RMM.
DDTG's first dedicated sales and account management role. Handle inbound leads, build relationships with Texas-area businesses, and manage ongoing accounts across VoIP, MSP, and infrastructure service lines.
