Decisive Data Technology Group is owned and led by Tracie Reed — a woman-owned business serving commercial, government, and prime-contractor clients nationwide.
We work as a subcontractor. A meaningful share of what we do is delivered under primes and general contractors — unified communications deployments, structured cabling, and fiber optic field services on commercial, public-sector, and federally funded broadband projects. We are comfortable inside someone else’s schedule, someone else’s submittal process, and someone else’s safety plan.

With 20+ years spanning operations, technology, R&D, and complex project management, she transforms complexity into clear, executable frameworks — the discipline that turns a multi-site UCaaS migration or a multi-crew fiber build into a schedule people can actually hold.
Tracie brings several years of government contracting and procurement experience to DDTG — solicitation review, bid response, compliance documentation, and the reporting discipline public-sector work demands. She most recently completed a certification in artificial intelligence, which now shapes how DDTG builds and deploys its AI communications products.
Her approach centers on operational discipline: define the standard, build the process that holds it, and hold the organization to it as it grows. That standard governs how DDTG scopes, staffs, documents, and closes out every deployment — cloud communications and fiber infrastructure alike.
Eric came to DDTG the way most of its customers did — by being the person they called when it mattered. He had spent a decade carrying businesses through the migrations nobody else wanted to own — cutovers, number ports, and network rebuilds where the operation could not afford to go dark — and built a reputation for candid guidance, calm problem-solving, and service that goes past what was promised.
Eric leads client relationships, platform development, and technical direction across DDTG service lines — cloud unified communications, network infrastructure, and the fiber optic field practice he is building alongside the DIIP Workforce Academy technician program. His approach is direct: understand the client's actual situation, recommend what genuinely fits, and stay involved until the outcome is right.
Mike leads field operations at DDTG — fiber placement and splicing, structured cabling, on-site deployments, and technical execution. A certified fiber optic installer with 10+ years in outside plant design, network engineering, and field service, he is the reason a DDTG crew shows up with the right print, the right gear, and a plan for what happens when the print is wrong.
