A Texas-based managed services company founded on a simple belief: businesses deserve providers who tell the truth, solve real problems, and stay engaged long after the sale.
DDTG didn't begin with a business plan — it began with clients asking us to do our own thing. Customers from New York to Georgia encouraged our founder to step out independently after repeatedly delivering results that exceeded expectations.
What those clients recognized was something the industry often lacks: a provider who genuinely understands the technology, communicates clearly, and stays invested in outcomes — not just deliverables.
Transparent guidance. Real solutions. Long-term relationships. Every service we offer is delivered with that foundation intact.
"Do your own thing. We'll support you." — repeated by satisfied clients across the country.
— The foundation of DDTGThese aren't marketing words — they're the standard we hold ourselves to on every engagement.
Decisive Data Technology Group is owned and led by Tracie Reed — a woman-owned business serving commercial, government, and prime-contractor clients nationwide.
We work as a subcontractor. A meaningful share of what we do is delivered under primes and general contractors — unified communications deployments, structured cabling, and fiber optic field services on commercial, public-sector, and federally funded broadband projects. We are comfortable inside someone else’s schedule, someone else’s submittal process, and someone else’s safety plan.
For primes carrying diversity or small-business subcontracting goals, our ownership structure may support those objectives. We are registered on the State of Texas Centralized Master Bidders List, carry commercial general liability coverage, and can produce W-9, certificate of insurance, and references on request.
A small, experienced team with deep roots in unified communications, fiber optic infrastructure, and field operations.
Tracie Reed leads Decisive Data Technology Group as Managing Principal, directing corporate operations, organizational scale, and long-term service delivery strategy. With 20+ years spanning operations, technology, R&D, and complex project management, she transforms complexity into clear, executable frameworks — the discipline that turns a multi-site UCaaS migration or a multi-crew fiber build into a schedule people can actually hold.
Tracie brings several years of government contracting and procurement experience to DDTG — solicitation review, bid response, compliance documentation, and the reporting discipline public-sector work demands. She most recently completed a certification in artificial intelligence, which now shapes how DDTG builds and deploys its AI communications products.
Her approach centers on operational discipline: define the standard, build the process that holds it, and hold the organization to it as it grows. That standard governs how DDTG scopes, staffs, documents, and closes out every deployment — cloud communications and fiber infrastructure alike.
Mike leads field operations at DDTG — fiber placement and splicing, structured cabling, on-site deployments, and technical execution. A certified fiber optic installer with 10+ years in outside plant design, network engineering, and field service, he is the reason a DDTG crew shows up with the right print, the right gear, and a plan for what happens when the print is wrong.
