What's included in the per-user price?
Each seat includes the VoIP line, a DID phone number, softphone license, voicemail, E911, domestic long distance, and portal access — plus all plan-tier features. The only additional recurring fee is E911 ($2/mo per DID).
Can I mix plans across users in the same organization?
Yes. A receptionist can be on Business while executive staff are on Enterprise — all on the same system with no additional infrastructure charges.
Do you lock me into a contract?
Month-to-month is available on all plans. Annual contracts are offered at a discount (up to 15% off). We don't lock clients in with penalties — if you're staying, it's because the service is working.
Can you beat what I'm currently paying?

Is there a minimum number of users?
